TITANIUM WHITE (101)

TITANIUM WHITE (101) 7.5 EUR

TITANIUM WHITE — N.101

The most powerful and luminous white in the range. A synthetic inorganic pigment (PW6 — rutile titanium dioxide), it delivers total opacity, exceptional covering power and outstanding lightfastness. Slightly warmer in masstone than zinc white, it forms a strong, durable paint film once cured.

Hand-ground in a blend of linseed and walnut oils, it develops a creamy, long consistency that brushes out easily. Its high tinting strength makes it a formidable mixing white: a small amount is sufficient to raise the value of any hue without killing its chroma. The walnut oil component reduces yellowing over time, preserving the purity of the white in light tints.

The all-purpose white — equally at home in underpainting, alla prima or heavy impasto.

No fillers, no driers. Pure pigment. Handmade.
